On ExperienceFloridaVacations.com, you will soon have access to ‘Connect-Direct & Book It’ with local businesses and venues to make that dinner reservation, book that fishing charter, reserve that golf game, buy that event or game ticket, and much more.

Once you find that perfect vacation rental, save it to your ‘Favorites’, login to your account or sign up to create an account to book listings. If you are creating your account for the first time, be sure to complete the name and contact information under ‘My Profile’. From your dashboard choose the ‘Favorites’ link to access the saved listing. Then, simply select your check-in and check-out dates along with the number of guests on the request booking panel. The costs to book will display. Then, choose the ‘Request Booking’ link. That’s it!

Your booking request is sent to the property host and is also displayed on your dashboard under ‘My Reservations’. The property host will respond to you directly.

Once the booking is confirmed, a Trip Detail Itinerary will post on your dashboard with the hosts contact information, confirmed booking dates, number of guests and the exact location address.

The price per night is listed on the availability calendar. After you select your check-in and check-out dates on the request booking panel, the total cost per stay will be displayed.

How payment is accepted to make a reservation/booking is totally up to the property host. Some property hosts with listings on ExperienceFloridaVacations.com are able to accept online payments directly through their own booking website. However, on property listings that do not have direct payment, you will need to Connect-Direct and Book It with the property host. Property hosts are free to ask for any payment option, including checks and wire transfers BUT we do not recommend vacationers pay in this manner. We highly recommend vacationers pay for thier reservation/booking using a secure payment platform where recourse is provided, if necessary, by using a credit card or paypal for business.

Each host has their own cancellation and booking policies posted in their property listing. If you have questions regarding a cancellation or booking policy please contact the host/manager directly.

Prior to a reservation/booking confirmation, you can send an email to the property host from the listing detail page. Once a reservation/booking has been confirmed, the contact information for the property host will be made available to you.
