Located directly on a canal, the main living room and kitchen have direct views of Lemon Bay. With all of the comforts of home we thought through all of the details to make your stay perfect – good mattresses, nice towels and sheets, kitchen supplies, beach gear and more.

This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has two oversized bedrooms with en suite baths which makes this the perfect home for having family guests or two families looking to rent together. With a separate downstairs living room, your guests will have privacy and comfort while visiting.

The upstairs bedroom has a king size Westin Heavenly bed and bathroom with a large soaking tub and skylight in the shower. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the children’s bedroom contains a bunk bed with full and twin beds with an extra Casper mattress under the bed for additional capacity. The bonus room also has a sofa bed.

With three separate living rooms to choose from you can also relax or have a meal in the bonus room with 180 degree water views.

The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans as well as an Instantpot. Enjoy your morning coffee with an Instantpot coffee maker that takes both Keurig and Nespresso pods. There is also a new Weber grill available for use.

Take a dip in the private heated pool with a low wall that maximizes privacy while you swim. There is ample covered seating to relax with a good book or have a poolside meal.

Bring your own boat or do a long term rental. Our home is located directly on a canal right off of Lemon Bay with a dock. One left and you are in the bay for amazing fishing. Our dock is 70 feet long with a 90 foot seawall. We have ample parking for your boat trailer in addition to a couple of cars between our circular driveway, driveway from garage to street, and the garage for use. The nearest public boat launch is 4.3 miles away at Placida Park boat ramp.

We have 2 single person fishing kayaks available for use from our dock and a set of 2 adult & one child beach cruiser bicycles.

Multiple nearby beautiful beaches to choose from – Englewood Beach, Stump Pass, Blind Pass and Manasota Key. House is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. Tired of the beach? Kayak at nearby Don Pedro State park or rent a boat at Cape Haze marina which is steps away.

At the end of your perfect day, take in the spectacular sunsets from the living room over Manasota Key and Lemon Bay.
